MODTAGE design was approached to overhaul this residence to better reflect our client's personality and lifestyle. Our team provided full architectural and interior design services, stripping the entire residence down to it's core to create a truly customized and individual home. The homeowner’s desire to incorporate environmentally friendly materials with minimal off-gassing was met in every aspect of the project; from the interior of the cabinetry to paints and finishes applied throughout the home. Reclaimed wood, organic linens and non-toxic upholstery completed the eco-conscious vision.
